The ground floor bedroom is accessed from the patio via French doors and has a queen sized bed, a single bed and an en-suite shower and toilet. Through to the lounge/dining area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with gas oven and 4 burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, flat screen DStv and book library. French doors here open out directly onto the private furnished patio area which has recently been fenced creating a more Pet Friendly section with its own brick built braai (barbecue) facility. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single bed with an en-suite shower and toilet and French doors leading out onto a large decked balcony at treetop level with a magnificent view overlooking the garden, dams and into the forest.
